2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is absolutely wild. At first I thought it was taking so long because they were doing the recall work that THEY offered, but it turns out they didn’t even have the part. Taking 2.5 hours to do a job that I can do in my garage in less than an hour is just insane. I only did the service at the dealership to honor the stupid Honda warranty or whatever, but it this is the service I’ll be getting then I don’t really care. Will not be coming back here.

They have great oil change prices but beware, it will take a really long time. Also they will try to upsell you on everything under the sun that you may or may not need done to your car. They charged me close to 500$ to fix my ac by flushing the coolant. 1 week later, the problem persisted. They preyed on my wife knowing it would be easy to get her to buy a useless “fix” I only kept the 2 stars due to the cheap oil change.

We recently purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper from Bob Howard Honda. Back story - During the test drive a check engine light came on so we asked if we were to go ahead and purchase the vehicle they would look into the check engine light and fix it. This was all written on the purchase agreement. We left the vehicle with them so that they could fix it. A week later it was done, they replaced the MAF sensor and said it was fixed.
