Not only did these guys try to charge me $500 for a test I could get for free elsewhere, but they also stole both of my Armor All wipes that were in the car. Got my car completely fixed for $200 elsewhere and guess what? It was spark plugs like I had said the entire time, not the "something bigger" as claimed by the Bob Howard mechanic. The salesman was nice, but the process is typical and extremely frustrating. Take comps from their lot if you are trading and be sure to storm off and they will call you back. Then force you to go through the story on extras even when you tell them absolutely not from the start. Update-they are awful at removing you from email lists so give them a fake and prepare to report them for unwanted contact.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! Took my truck here for a battery, serpentine belt and intake manifold gasket replacement 17 days ago. After repairs were made my truck will now not shift out of fourth gear. No one calls to give me information about what is being done to fix it or if they are even working on the issue. When I call they play dumb. Their game plan seems to just let my truck sit there and hope I don’t call them. My truck is still there as I type this. One day they said they had looked at my car, the next day they said they actually had not—and that it would be three or four more days to diagnose it, after telling me every day for the past few days that it would be “tomorrow.” I couldn’t get a call back or speak to anyone on the phone. If you have time to drop your car off indefinitely and don’t care about knowing what’s going on with it while it’s at this fine establishment, then this is the place for you. For everyone else (also known as everyone), go somewhere else.
