Avoid the Bob Howard Service Center at all costs! This may be the worst dealership in the state of Oklahoma to take a car to get repaired. They take about 10 times as long to get anything done here and that is not an exaggeration. I don't see how anyone could do worse job on a repair. It is amazing that this place is still in business. Months of them says they were going to help me get a rental car reimbursement and still nothing, they are horrible, do not go here, don’t purchase from here and don’t get service here they are scammers

Horrible service, lied about parts being on back order, would not submit paperwork to warranty company, will not call me back, will not do anything right, went several times for same problem, still can’t get it fixed

Dropped Jeep off for a 60k service.Services completed: Oil Change; front and rear differential service; Transfer Case Service; Fule induction service; Brake Fluid exchange; multi-point inspection; two recalls, Oil separator replacement and cabin air filter replacement. It took them over one week to complete it with rarely any updates. Finally got a call the vehicle was ready for pickup. After picking up the vehicle and spending over $3200, I received it in worse case than when I dropped it off. The check engine light came on... read more
