One day they said they had looked at my car, the next day they said they actually had not—and that it would be three or four more days to diagnose it, after telling me every day for the past few days that it would be “tomorrow.” I couldn’t get a call back or speak to anyone on the phone. If you have time to drop your car off indefinitely and don’t care about knowing what’s going on with it while it’s at this fine establishment, then this is the place for you. For everyone else (also known as everyone), go somewhere else.
The salesman was nice, but the process is typical and extremely frustrating. Take comps from their lot if you are trading and be sure to storm off and they will call you back. Then force you to go through the story on extras even when you tell them absolutely not from the start.
Absolutely worst oil change service I've ever experienced. Literally like a 5 year old dit it. My truck (2024 TRX) is kept immaculate in and out. Got home after service and quickly noticed oil leaking all over garage floor. There were oily handprints all over truck, even oil on inside of truck on the leather trim of door. Brought it back to them next day , obviously not happy and they took it back to correct the issue. 100% absolute waste of time and money. Had my PCM go bad on my truck and it took them one week to replace it. The timeline wasn’t the big issue, the problem is now my truck still doesn’t work after I was assured all the parts were operating as they were supposed to so between fixing the truck, paying for my own rental, and missing work (my truck is necessary for my job) I’m out a minimum of $3500 and they still want me to pay to have it all looked at again.
