Made an appointment several days prior to showing up for service. I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced as well as a wheel alignment with the new wheels and tires. Over 3 hours pass and they inform me that they can’t get the lug nuts off of my old wheels. They mount and balance the tires after this point (took another hour just to do that) and then we were given our keys and the new wheels and tires were put back into the bed. Worst experience ever. We purchased a warranty with Bob Howard Chevrolet when we purchased the truck. We have taken it multiple times to the service department for warranty work, and we have always used the warranty. But this time was different, they didn’t check to see if we had a warranty. They told us we have approx $7000 worth of work. We found out afterward that approx $2400 worth of work was covered by the warranty.
