It has been an experience to speak with CJ the service manager. I left a review a week ago after a not so great visit. Nothing big just an issue. You can find the review if you want. Great first time experience with Service Advisor- David H. This will now be my go-to for my car needs.
they have had my car for almost three weeks now, no one can tell me anything about the status of my car or where the part they had to reorder three times is at. There lack of communication is really concerning. No one can answers the phone or email back. David my service advisor goes on vacation every week so no one can give me an update or has the slightest clue on when my car will be done!
