3.3 ratings should tell the story. After spending $1000 to repair my A/C, Hayden & service manager refused to fix it correctly. It was totally unacceptable and I PURCHASED the vehicle from Bob Howard GMC ! I suggest you take notice of others who have also had a bad experience. :)
Shocking..... went in on Sunday to browse through the used car section wirh my daughter and I must say I couldn't believe the condition these cars are being displayed and sold as. Wow. From tape hanging from bumpers to windshields, to pine needles on car windows and nearly tire flats.... much like you'd expect in lemon lots. I was so surprised as I've bought several vehicles here over the past few years and see how much its declined over the past few years. So it's either the management? Or its the new hires?
