I recently had a first time experience with the service department for vehicle recall and oil change. Everyone was very polite. I will be returning in the future. Update: I did return for oil change, 10,000 mile check, and tire rotation. Service Department was able to fit me in sooner than expected and that seems unusual, but very much appreciated.
