Who would trust an INSURANCE COMPANY with an office run like this? Someone needs to call the BBB on this company, it’s unprofessional for anyone to be screaming loud enough to disrupt people outside of their office building. Whoever is running this, or should I say not running it needs to be evaluated. I heard the lady leaving crying on the phone and of course I was being nosey LOL SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE APPARENTLY! Diane has been absolutely amazing when it came to my auto insurance. My parents had taken care of all of my insurance needs when I was younger, but I recently decided to buy a new car. She was patient and thorough as I mentioned this was my first time doing auto insurance myself. As a first time insurance buyer I had a great experience in the future and plan to stick with her in the future also
Poor communication. We have been with this agent for 20 years and the company for 34 years. I used them for both auto and renters. Take my advice and steer away fron this agent and State Farm.
