Established in 1957. Robert Gillingham founded this Ford Dealership in 1957 on Lorain Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Within 10 years they had outgrown their location and purchased property on Brookpark Rd. in Parma where they are presently located. Three generations of Gillinghams have owned the dealership which is now operated by Rob and Matt Gillingham. In 2007 they received the prestigious Time Magazine Dealer of the Year award. Currently they are one of the fastest growing Ford Dealerships in Northeast Ohio.

Unbelievably RUDE!! I was in a good mood when I called to ask a question because my insurance company told me to go to them for my repair, but I wasn't sure which department I needed. I started to describe the issue and the receptionist condescendingly said "you need the service department, but he's on the phone right now. Call back in ten minutes *click*" She HUNG UP on me before I could even get out the word "ok", which was going to be followed by a "thank you". A receptionist that hangs up on people? I'm on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, was pleased that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I'm very happy with it.
I can't believe how many new Ford trucks and cars they have at Bob Gillingham Ford. They have such a wide variety, I had a hard time deciding which vehicle to test drive.
