Unbelievably RUDE!! I was in a good mood when I called to ask a question because my insurance company told me to go to them for my repair, but I wasn't sure which department I needed. I'm on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, was pleased that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I'm very happy with it.
