Kind, caring doctor who takes the time with his patients to get to the bottom if their issues. His assistant J.J is as fine a lady as he is. The office's only "issue" is the vamp up at the front desk that schedules appointments and "tries to bill." If the kindness of the others 2 "rubbed off on her" they'd have the perfect practice. She's the reason courtesy score is low.
