I can’t say enough good things about Bob Frias at State Farm! He’s very knowledgeable and super responsive even coming to my house when a tree went down in a storm and helped with my claim and brought a chain saw to help with the clean up. I strongly recommend Bob and his team.
Christin and others are very helpful but sure wish they would have office hours when staff is in the office. . During office hours office is black. No one there. Was told workers only remote. I feel very shut out. For many years there was always someone in the office to greet Clients. Not any more.
