Christin and others are very helpful but sure wish they would have office hours when staff is in the office. . During office hours office is black. No one there. Was told workers only remote. I feel very shut out. For many years there was always someone in the office to greet Clients. Not any more.

This office used to be very good and reliable a few years ago. Now! Horrible. They are never available and take several days to respond, They have dropped the ball with us on more than one occasion. After moving and using a different State Farm team the difference is like nite and day. I would highly recommend a different agent.It seems like Bob Frias just stopped carring about the quality of service his team provides.
