Bob & Fran had owned the Gambles store across the street for many years before opening Bob & Fran’s Factory Direct. Soon after son-in-law Ted Franz joined the staff and several years later his wife Julie also started working at Bob & Fran’s. We had such a great experience our first time in their store. We were surprised with the size of the store, there were 4 floors! The staff was friendly and helpful, and let us look around without bothering us. The prices were another surprise, we have shopped many stores and they had the best prices! We plan another visit soon!
