My husband and I came back from shopping last night. We have a finished basement with wood paneling. So I happened to notice a small wet spot on the carpet. My husband open the small wooden box that was hiding the PVC pipe that goes to the toilet. And he notice some water. In December we hired Bob to fix the Iron issue we had in our house. He put a $2900 multi media filter in and the water is NOT fixed. Bob has been unresponsive for months. When he did respond he said I needed a neutralizer and softener for another $4000. He put a Media filter In which does NOT clear up high levels of Iron in well water. I will be taking him to court to get the $ back for the media filter. It has leaked since day 1 and he has not fixed that and it didn’t do what he said it would do, get rid of the iron.
