I used Bob when I bought my house to design a granny flat and back deck. It was the best thing I have ever done. I was very happy with what he came up with and would tell anyone wanting a building designer to give him a go. You won't regret it.
Bob designed our large back deck sympathetic to our 1915 Qld heretage house and we couldn’t be more pleased. His design has made a significant difference to both the use and aesthetics of the house. Bob is easy to work with, experienced and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.
Bob Findlay, is prompt, professional and reliable. His time frames are always quick. He has equally as efficient structural engineers and private certifiers. In the past travel has never been a problem As he has visited recommended clients from Nambour Bribie Island and the Redcliffe area.
