Crooked to say the least! They took advantage of my Mom. They used my Mom's situation to their advantage, to further their own gain. I seeked out the Attorney General and a private attorney, neither was able to help. They committed a level of fraud that shouldn't be allowed in my opinion. They breached a verbal and written requested contract they had with my Mom. They went against part of what my Mom agreed to and gave permission to do.
