on 8/14/13 our family a party of 7 was celebrating our granddaughters birthday.the service was horrible. the waiter james made ten mistakes. that evening I called the manager Charles and talked to him for quite awhile, he said he would get back with me after sunday. as of 9/15/13 the management of bob evans chesterfield,mi. has not replied by phone or mail. thisis no way to treat seniors
