My family and I had the worst experience. Waitress was very rude and racist. We will never go there again.
After eating at the Bob Evans in Collinsville, I expected the same service and presentation of the food we ordered at the Bob Evans on Ludwig Drive in Fairview Hts., Illinois. It deserves only a one star rating.

Management was nice But after telling them 3 times our server named cindy hasn't greeted us, hasn't got our drink orders, gets our drink orders and food orders and still nothing 20 mins later... Then they all come at once, Then no refills. I had to carry my 6 month old baby to get my drink refills from another employee. Kids eat free Tuesdays are great. Servers and managers are great and cater to kids having fun on Tuesdays.
