Quiet Monday night. Food and service were very good.
Like other reviewers we stood by the hostess stand for a good 20 minutes. We had a line almost out the door and the waitresses kept looking at us and wouldn’t seat us. Finally I got on my phone and saw an IHOP down the street, where we got seated instantly. Bob Evans wasn’t even half full either. I’ll never go to this location again knowing their service is this bad.
Under staffed, took 20 minutes to get coffee and order food. The food was terrible, seemed to be pre-prepared. Like a boil in bag meal. I'll never go there again.
