Always good at bob Evans!!!!
The food is always delicious. The unfortunate servers were really understaffed. The two in the restaurant were showing fatigue caused by this, and service was understandably slow. It could be because of illness or the inability to get good people to apply for the job. The restaurant has a wonderful, quiet, and comforting atmosphere. We feel more relaxed here than in other places. We tipped over 20%. We're not going to excellent severs to regretable circumstances that were not their fault.
Ordered curbside was supposed to be ready at 7:05. Arrived at 7:00 called to notify them I was there. Was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Waited till 7:20 called again. Told it would be a few minutes. Walked in at 7:25 and was told it wasn't ready. Finally at 7:32 I was handed my food. Got home, all the hot food was cold and all the cold food was warm.
