We recently got a take order and the service was friendly and timely. I haven’t been inside lately but I always love the modern, farm like atmosphere. I was a little disappointed by the food though. The pot roast was extremely salty and the turkey seemed a little old but with the stuffing and delicious cranberry sauce it was edible. I probably wouldn’t get either again but I will be back to try some seasonal items.
Chicken fingers tasted like wood bbq sauce was 99.9% vinegar. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating.
It is hard to assign a single rating to our experience at Bob Evans today. The service was great (4-5 stars): friendly, accurate, courteous, businesslike. The food was a different matter (0-1 stars). My wife and I both ordered coffee and the Rise and Shine: eggs over easy, sausage patties, potatoes, biscuits. The eggs over easy were overcooked, so that the yolks were half-runny, half-pasty, and the whites were a browned and a little tough.
