9 months later, gave Bob Evans one more try after previously giving them 2 stars. Im dropping them down to 1 star. $49.99 family meal with ice cold side dishes. Unacceptable. Update: 8-17-25 Decided to give Bob Evans a try one more time on 8-16. We came in between 8 and 8:15pm. I realize they close at 9 but there was hardly any customers when we walked in. Husband and I came out for dinner. He got the breakfast which he said was okay. I tried dinner, needless to say I will NOT do that again. It was not tasty. Potatoes were very cold and so was the corn. The chop steak with mushrooms and onions was edible. Guess I will stick breakfast if we visit again, and that's a BIG IF! Oh and the cashier asked how things were and we beging to tell her, she asked if we wanted to speak to a manager. Why are you even asking? Shouldn't you immediately get them if there is an issue?
Just sat down at a table 20 minutes ago. I was looking at emails at first as im a regular and its usually a bit slow this time of day. Saw 2 different waitresses stabding against the counter doing absolutely nothing. Couldnt get there attention and to irritate to approach them to look past their noses. Older couple seated after me had already been served drinks n biscuits. The man is a great server. Dont know where communication dropped. Not even sure they saw me walk out.
