I come here so often, it's understandable that it is not a five every time.
Ordered a western omelette with hash browns and toast, and the cheesy potato bake and 2 orders of chocolate chip and strawberry pancakes for my kids.They forgot the whipped cream which isn’t a huge deal because only one of my kids likes it. They also forgot the cheesy potato bake. I called to complain when I realized it was missing after I got home and they said that I could come back and pick it up. I was really disappointed with how long it took to be seated for how little there was of a crowd. I did feel bad for the employees in there as it seemed like their was really only like one or two people actually doing things, however it took a very long time to be seated. There was a group that came in after us that actually decided they weren't even going to stay because they heard how long it was taking for us to get seated. Waited 10 minutes and no one came to seat us. 7 people in line and no one ever came. Everyone left and went elsewhere for lunch. Will not go back to that location .
