We love Bob Evans restaurants and eat there often when traveling. This one was the first stinker. Two servers for the whole store and it seemed like one cook. Order two sandwiches (double cheese pot roast dip with a wildfire chicken salad and a club). It took almost 45 minutes to come out of the kitchen and when it did: - chicken was tough - toasted sandwich was burnt - biscuits were hard - fries were cold. We would have talked to the server about it, but she never came back to ask. Paid the bill and left. Very disappointed.
Their rolls and biscuits are ALWAYS so stale.....
Slack the employees have obviously never been in a larger city . I'm not sitting for 1-2 hours for my food to be mediocre at best . Change the employees carpets are disgusting. Staff is unorganized loud and the stature is of a bob Evans in the hood of Detroit Michigan . Try again . Until my review makes a difference eat somewhere else.
Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered. Even then, it was delivered at different times. Restroom was the absolute worst I've seen. Dining area definitely needs a face-lift.
