My boyfriend just got food to go and not only were all the employees but one on their phones including the manager but the fried pickles were super dry, hard and just nasty. Seemed like oil hadn’t been changed in a while as well. Absolutely disappointing

It took almost an hour to get our food. 1 cook with many take out orders. The burgers were pre-made, frozen, super generic something. Had to drown it in ketchup but still couldn't eat but maybe half. I asked for mayo and lettuce. It came out plain. So did my son's burger. The lettuce had a leaf that was rotten. I also got a side salad with French dressing. The dressing was orange vinegar. Food was wonderful but the servers and new manager has no idea how to treat their customers. Was sat in back of restaurant and forgotten about. Had to go up to get my own silverware. Had to ask for rest of food because it wasn’t brought out. Went to pay and stood there for 5 minutes just watching them all talk and gossip and not even acknowledge we were there. Bad service from beginning to end. Please give the cook a raise. Rehire and train all new wait staff and management.
