Waited 20 min for our order to be taken, went at 7pm so they were slow. Waited 15 min after ordering without even an appetizer brought out yet. People next to us went up to pay and they were serving them a plate at check out to put in a box because they were tired of waiting.
We went on a week day about 11:40 am. They seated us and our waitress didn't come for a long time, getting just the drinks took quite a while. She wouldn't go around checking on customers, even us when we were looking at her and said excuse me. She never came back and refilled or even offered to refill any of our drinks the entire time we were there. She acted like we didnt exist until she wanted to come to our table. Food was good. Staff was extremely friendly and service was fast. Would recommend it anytime breakfast lunch or dinner.
