Love Bob Evans! Great food at great prices.
Their costumer service is discussing, there rolls are always hard not fresh, the always take forever on curbside pickup. My food was supposed to be ready 7:44 I got here at 7:47 mind you I called right away and was hold for about 10 mins then they hung up on me. I called right back and they ask me to hold again and I still haven’t gotten my food I don’t recommend
Food was pretty good but took a good while even though they were not busy at all. Sweet girl waited on us, I’m assuming she was new maybe since we didn’t see much of her and had to ask for things more than a very times but I gave her the benefit because we were all there once or have a bad day here and there.
Food over cooked. Waiter forgot item and never came to see if everything was okay. So we never got the forgotten item.
Absolutely loved how nice everyone was! My server Alex was amazing! She was helpful and patient and really sweet!!
