I was part of a White Star Bus tour that was scheduled in advance with notice to this particular Bob Evan's that 2 busses with 107 people would be arriving around 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15th for supper. We had a tour group of 150+ people. The group menu was very limited. It took 40 minutes to even get drinks and then another 30 to place our orders. We are almost 3 hrs in and some of our people haven’t received their food. Only allowed dinner rolls and several people didn’t even get those.
