Ordered thanksgiving meal from wilmington, oh restaurant. Food was ready at pickup. The food was warm and the waitress was very friendly. The food was warm when it got to the house and everything was delicious. Everything was very well packaged.
Came in after the reopen and service was terrible. They first just had people standing in the entey way so the servers could catch up. Then, after we were seated. We waited 45 minutes and had only received water. People had also started to get their food before us so we went to ask our server and all she would say is sorry and that she would go ahead and just cancel our order. Which means they hadn't even started cooking our food. Terrible! Will never go back to Wilmingtons Bob Evans.
Maps keep bugging me to review this place. So here it is. Food is good. Prices can be good if you use a coupon or some other deal or discount. You have to watch them very closely though because almost every time they ring something at a higher price than is listed in the menu or forget to take the discount off. This Bob Evans is generally good but tonite they had 1 waitress and no burgers.. crazy. I’d say it’s a management issue.
