We celebrated a birthday at Bob Evans last night and it was absolutely the best experience we have had. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect. Special mention to Ava, Caitlin and Natalie for assuring our experience was good. They brought my son a piece of birthday cake and wrote happy birthday, Christopher in chocolate on the platter, he was over the moon. Thank you we will definitely be back.
had a large party of 12 for a birthday, all the food was out fast and delicious and the service was on point! thank Caitlyn and Ava and Natalie for a great experience , will definitely be coming back!
Jackie, the manager, and Rose, our waitress, were very helpful and professional, and as always, the food was wonderful.

I am sadly writing my first one star review. I ordered the "dinner for two" online. The starters, both a cup of chicken and noodles, were ICE COLD and tasted very peppery. Both entrees were the pot roast dinner. The meat portion provided was INSULTING. After paying over $40, I expected more than a small scoop that was primarily onions. This was consistent for both portions. I have eaten at Bob Evans before (same meal) with no issues, so I am sad to see such low standards tonight.
