Great customer service
I’ve been driving for 10 hours. Was so excited to see a bob Evan’s and I haven’t been here since I was a kid. I ordered the blueberry pancake meal. My eggs were raw. They forgot my bacon pancakes tasted doughy and had a weird tinge to it. My son ordered the Carmel Apple kids pancakes and as an 8 year old was highly disappointed and even said he would rather go to Waffle House. Fried pickles were burned beyond recognition. They were very nice and we got refills to go with no charge. The food was very good
I love Bob Evans food but this time it was awful. The biscuits were so hard I had to throw them out and the sausage gravy was very thin/runny. I was extremely disappointed.
