My wife and I were seated and sat there for over 25 min without a waitress asking what we wanted to drink. I asked for a manager and the Mgr Kim was on the phone for over 15 min. I asked the waitress who's table is this and she first said she didn't know and then she said it was hers. She said she was busy with other people and yet I saw her just walking around and chatting with other employees. She asked if I wanted to speak with the Mgr and I replied No and my wife and I left. Place has gone way down hill. Not impressed. Service was not good. Never once asked to warm up our coffee.
