Just left restaurant,pissed ..tomorrow morning I will be notifying corporate asap..that incounter I had with server and staff was traumatizing, I couldn’t even eat tonight..I know the owner will scuff at my review….so I’ll take this to the TOP of the food chain when I speak with them tomorrow.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can’t bite my tongue anymore, this place sucks. On the 28th of August, we placed a to-go order, got all the way back to New Boston and realized they didn’t give us the pot roast, which we paid for. We came back today, advised them of this during dine-in, told them specifically that we wanted it without onions. Received our food, and guess what?
