The last 3 times I’ve ordered online pickup it’s been screwed up! Today, had all the potato soup toppings, yet no soup!! Instead had 3 containers of gravy! Not going to call and complain as it never resolves the issue! I’m only told to come back in morning and they’ll fix it! Really?!? This location need either a new manager or better training staff! Won’t be back!!!
Got there at 11:30 am. Place was a little busy but there were still several empty tables. I got seated and placed my order pretty quickly but 45 minutes later I still hadn't been served and the waitress never came to the table with an explanation. It seemed like there was no manage on duty at that time or they were hiding somewhere in the back as I never saw one out front. Had to send my eggs back they was still slimy. Waitress sucked never seen here, she never asked if we needed anything or how our food was. Probably won't be back to Tipp City Bob Evans.
I ordered curbside, when I got home my share side of cheesy potatoes a half cup that I paid $5.99 for. I call and a young girl says we can make you some more I agreed went there potatoes have not been made and I waited 20 minutes while they all stood around with no urgency to any paying customers. 2 others were waiting for there pickup orders not sure how long they ended up waiting but my share size was barely a cup full . Absolutely LOVE this Bob Evans !!! Staff is always amazing to us!! We always have Brandi ( come as a larger group) and no matter how busy she is she always treats us so good!! Food is always good!! Best Bob Evans around
