Bad customer service, we got seated and we had to move tables bc we couldn't put the kids at the end of the table bc of a fire hassard. Why seat us here then. The food took to long and the kids were crying. My friend asked the girl to put the food in the box and she ignored my friend and tried not to hear her. This girl got no tip for poor customer service.
The breakfast biscuit sandwich we received was atrocious. The top was crumbling apart, fell all over inside the container, the biscuits were exceptionally dry, the sausage was burnt to a hockey puck-like appearance, just overall subpar food quality. It's as if whoever made it said "screw it, they won't see it till they get home(ordered carryout), so what are they gonna do about it?" Got pot roast and banana cake to go. Pot roast was 9/10, full of flavour and meat fall apart in mouth. When i opened a box what I thought was my cake I was disappointed to find it was 2 biscuits what came with pot roast instead of cake. I believe I was charged for it as it doesn't list the items on my receipt but $26.25 sounds about right for 1 meal and slice of cake. Not sure how good banana cake is there, but if its as good as pot roast and I had a chance to try it, I'd give 5 stars. No biggie people forget things.
