Former employee here, don’t work here! Instead of actually training you. You’ll be showed how to do something once (a huge menu btw). Then you’ll be told you either “sink or swim.” If you ask questions, or get stressed during rushes (while barely being trained whatsoever) you’ll receive snarky remarks from the manager. Griffin. Food is somewhat fine sometimes if the right person makes it it’s just the management that’s the issue. If you want to work at a bob Evans work at a different one, this locations manager says “the schedule is just a recommendation” he will keep you there as long as he wants, several times I was scheduled to leave at 1 but I didn’t leave until 1:45-2:45.
