Ordered take out on our way to hospice for family spending time with a passing family member. No utensils, napkins, or condiments were in the bag. No surap for the French toast, no ketchup for the french fries. 2 orders were combined in 1 container. Disappointed and aggravated.
First visit to a Bob Evans in several years. The food had lots of little burnt pieces, likely from the cook not keeping the grill clean. Eggs overcooked. Dining room was a little dirty. We could hear what appeared to be the manager complaining that he didn't want to be there but was "stuck". Typical bare minimum expectations from a private equity owned business.
Less food cold. Service ok. Very crowded. Free parking. ♿️ accessible parking restroom loud and kid friendly. People meet friends. Food was cold..
