The Bob Evans on Wilmington Pike is the worst one I have ever been to. The food was not hot, the gravy was too salty, the pot roast was horrible here. Usually it is really good at other locations. The server was great, but the manager did a drive by check in while my mouth was full of the first bite of cold pot roast and didnt even stop to talk to me. I regret paying or getting a box to bring it home
Had to send the orange juice back because it looked closer to water than juice. Server said she would take it off the bill but didn’t. Little later saw that she had served the same juice to a kid nearby instead of fixing the machine or shutting it down. Got my food and half of it was cold didn’t send it back because by this time I just wanted to leave. Probably not going back to this location for a while, can only hope for some employee turnover to help this place.
I thought the service was excellent, they were always checking on everything was okay and friendly staff, really good biscuits with slow roasted turkey dinner, we will eat there again
