Is there any explanation as to why Cassie the general manager feels the need to scream at the workers at this location? Take your team to the back of the restaurant and coach them don’t belittle them in front of your paying customers. Definitely a different feel in the atmosphere the last few times I’ve been here and I will definitely not be returning for a while. To the waitresses and the cooks keep your smile bright and remember don’t let anyone bring you down. You’re the reason that place is in business not Gordan Ramsey.
We were seated right away. Sat there with menus for 10 minutes, no waitress or drinks. As we sat, we observed used coffee creamer cups on the floor near our table but in the aisle. We also watched as 4 different waitstaff and the hostess stepped right on them instead of taking two seconds to pick them up. Service has always been mediocre here, but today was just unbelievable as I watched all of the waitresses laughing and standing behind the counter while we sat and waited and were ignored.
