I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bob Evans. My coworkers and I placed a pickup order with a scheduled pickup time of 10:47. When we arrived, our order wasn’t ready. While that was frustrating, I didn’t make an issue of it because I figured at least the food would be fresh and hot. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I don't know what happened this time with the service, we asked for several things and they only gave us two things, they didn't offer us any more drinks. Update 07/17/2026 It was a bad day to come here for breakfast; we waited 15 minutes and no one served us, yet another couple arrived and was waited on in less than 2 minutes.
Louisa was the best waitress, she was very kind and nice. The food was great and filling. It was nice and quiet in the restaurant which made a peaceful meal. Would definetly go here again!
Louisa was an amazing server. We were pressed for time and hungry. She made our dining experience a pleasure. Her demeanor and expertise were exceptional.
