After eating at the Bob Evans in Collinsville, I expected the same service and presentation of the food we ordered at the Bob Evans on Ludwig Drive in Fairview Hts., Illinois. It deserves only a one star rating.
I frequent these restaurants. Went to this one and oh brother. Very long wait and cokd food. My friend noticed all the food luned uo waiting to be served. She had turkey and i encouraged hervto send it back to get heated up. I just had the soup and sandwich. Chicken soup was watery and i had to add alot of salt. Barely warm. The sandwuchvwas soggy and barely grilked. So disappointed in thus lication
Every single time I order from this Bob Evans they get the order wrong this last one I ordered a salad they put dressing in the bag NO salad this not the first time they have charged me for something and I don't get it. Happens every time avoid the Bob Evans in South Bloomfield
Excellent service excellent food extremely clean!
I ordered my food curside. I got burnt rolls and hard, potato soup that was not done. Chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes all in one container that all mixed together. No biscuits for my gravy. For now on I'm going to Cracker Barrel. This Bob Evans sucks!!!! Not even worth taken a picture of
Never again. My first clue should have been when the family was walking out and I could hear them complaining about the service. But I thought maybe he was just a bitter old man or maybe I'd get a different server. Nope. LONG time waiting to get a menu and a long time waiting to have our order taken and then the food was just 'so-so'. This was my second attempt here...I wont be back to this location. Ever.
Waitresses was good but waited an hr for food and when it came out is was not hot and scrambled eggs were not done.
Good food, good service if you get a good server some servers not so good.
