When i first came in I was acknowledged, but I went to the restroom and when I came out it took a while to be seat, after being seated it took 10mins before I was offered a drink and my order, the food took a while and a different server brought my food. The only thing quick was my bill being given to me. At the end I needed a box for my French toast, that I left due to not getting a box. I heard the manager saying that they were understaffed. You can never go wrong with their food, always tastes amazing. However, we normally we wait quite a bit, longer than usual, for our food though. Even when it's not busy. When we just previously went, the staff wouldn't get with us to seat us until about 15-20 mins after we got there, they saw us waiting too. Didn't say a word.
