Excellent Johnny our server was attentive to what we needed.. Food was steaming HOT . and Delicious. Will come back when we are in the area
We are regulars to Bob Evans and this location falls short of their usual standards. There was only one server who was working as hard as she could but this resulted in slow service. Comparing this location to others and other brands, its clear its a managerial issue and not one staff member. I would suggest a training manager from head office visits and tries to help them out. We love the brand and the family feel, this location just needs a bit of support.
Food was delicious! Ordered the Farmers choice breakfast. Portion size however was very small. We also got the cheeseburger and it tasted great (similar to mcdonalds). Service however was extremely slow unfortunately. Had to wait 30+ mins. When we got seated there were many empty tables so we were not sure why there was such a long wait.
New Review: Its a shame this place has taken a nose dive into horrible. Wait to sit is long, with tables available. Wait for service is long. Wait for food is extremely long and they bring the food out in pieces. This place has taken a a bad turn into poor management and even worse service. My first time here 4 years ago was a great experience but seems like that has sadly run out. I wound up leaving after waiting an hour for nothing. Management should be changed. I will not be back.
