Although the food was of good quality, the service was unsatisfactory. The delivery of our meals was very slow and not coordinated, which was problematic for our party of 12. Given that the restaurant was not busy, with only one other group present, this level of service on a Saturday night is concerning. If Bob Evans does not address these operational issues soon, I doubt they will remain in business for much longer.
First time at a Bob Evans it was amazing. The 2 for $10 deal is fantastic
Bob Evans is a real home from home dinner, we always drop in when in Florida and the staff are always welcoming, the food is always tasty. The cappuccino is the best I have ever had ( just ignore the calories) Troy just served us and was everything you want from an American dinner
