1 star — If I could give negative stars, I would September 5, 2025 We were a party of five, seated and ready to eat—but never got waited on. Not a hello, not a drink order, not even a glance. After sitting there completely ignored, we walked out. Bob Evans, this was beyond disappointing. If I could give negative stars, I would. You’ve got to do better. Families come here expecting comfort and care, not invisibility. -
Like all other Bob Evans restaurants, the food was solid and the prices reasonable. As a rule I love Bob Evans when I am traveling ib the Midwest. This place was great except for the service. The waitress literally forgot us twice and had to be flagged down. It took 2 hours and 5 minutes to complete a meal. At the end (when she dropped the food off) she also gave us the check and said "this way you won't have to wait for me again..laugh) even she knew it was terrible! I can definitly find the humor in that..
