RecommendedI recently has an issue with my septic and also needed to have the cover replaced. (The last company I used couldn't get the lid off so they just smashed the concrete surrounding it.) Eddie from Bob Drayton's came out, serviced the septic and replaced the cover. He was great to deal with, friendly and efficient! And he didn't try to oversell me any services. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bob Drayton's.
We cannot thank Bob Drayton enough for coming so quickly and fixing our backup within minutes. Everyone we work with there is so knowledgeable and helped us to understand what to look for in the event that we ever have an issue with our super old system again. I highly recommend them!

I called this morning with a minor septic emergency causing grey water to backup in my basement. The woman that answered the phone was super happy and accommodating at 7:00 in the morning. She had a truck out to me within 3.5hrs. The gentleman that arrived gave me a quick lesson on how a septic system worked, what the most likely problem was and went to work. We have been using Bob Drayton since 2013 at our home for Septic services. When you have little kids at home and the septic alarm goes off, it’s reassuring to have a company that you trust and can call any time. My place of work was recently looking for a new septic company to handle the kitchen grease trap after having a bad experience with another company. I recommended Bob Drayton to them as well and they are very happy and satisfied with the service provided.
We had an issue today and they were able to walk us through how to unclog our inlet pipe instead of being all about the $$$. they are a great company and have wonderful knowledgeable employees. Hats off to them!!!!!
Bob Drayton septic service came out as scheduled . Justin, nice guy pumped tank and we found that a repair needed to be made. Called office and the following Monday Nobby was there to fix it, another knowledgeable nice friendly guy. Nobby had problem fixed and left site looking as good as when he came. Thank you to everyone. You have a satisfied customer.
