Used them many years but finally left due to continued RUDENESS from staff whenever I called with a need or question...I mean, SERIOUSLY. Bob is no where to be found; he leaves it all up to his overworked staff, one in particular who is evidently, at her wits end. I have seen my rates go up and up, seen the deductible on my house triple for no reason, and been treated like crap from their office when I had a need. LEAVING to go to another SF agent, and might leave ST altogether.
