Bob took my emergency (water pipe burst) call late on a Friday, and he was here within an hour. He quickly resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in no time! Making our experience even better, Bob listened and thoughtfully explained the issue and what was needed in a way that made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be calling Bob first when we have issues in the future!
