I had state farm from Jr and i was in a car accident he but in one claim he had the nerve to call me and he said that so an so came into the office and said i had had another accident why didn't i call . I didn't have another accident . He started a second claim. I will never go back to him or state farm
Bob is the most caring person I have met in a long time. He is very accommodating and sells only to help.
Their customers tree fell on our truck on the covered property and WERE NOT EVEN REMOTELY WILLING TO WORK WITH US. She had an attitude like none other. Terrible experience with them...I would not recommend them with the way they talked to me and it was that bad. Instantly acted like I was a criminal in the case.... I would expect professionalism with any insurance company and that is something they don't offer
