This location is the worst in regards to customer service. I came here at 3:30pm after leaving work to get an oil change and tire rotation through the quick lane. The white guy immediately passes me off to his colleague who was on the way back . I did not buy my car from this location but it is closest to my home. I provided my auto care service contract from Fidelity to them. Bob Davidson always delivers easy experience with-out hassle...Every time!
Horrible experience - gave me pricing breakdown for my Z Plan on a 2025 Navigator…then called me to say they were not willing to honor the Z plan price on this specific vehicle that was in-stock and on-lot. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.
Dealership did a nice job. Mo Sommwara did a great job. Dealership offered better financing terms then our pre-qualification.
