I had been searching for a particular vehicle for awhile, and found the right one at B-D Ford Lincoln. The staff that I dealt with were all professional and pleasant to deal with. ( Erin, Billy & Richard ) No negativity to report from me.
I was just out looking at a vehicle that was listed on their website with real no intent to buy. When we went in to ask about the vehicle, they introduced us to Devon a sales person who actually pulled the car around so we could test drive it and went over everything with us. Very disappointed. They ordered the wrong part three times and the repair for my car is taking too long!!!! I will never go back to this dealership again, excuses after excuses.
Purchased a GT500 from them, drove it home and thought it wasn't driving well. Took it to the local tire shop who ran the alignment and showed it was out of alignment. Also, wires were showing through the tire. I had to immediately replace two front tires due to being unsafe. Sent photos of tires and documentation of alignment, and still they refused.
