Hold on to your wallet with this one!!! I'm not able to leave no stars, unfortunately! I just paid $235.00, their hourly rate, for a guy to spend less than 10 minutes on our property, running around with his hair on fire. He provided zero suggestions or any type of action plan. He took a couple of pictures, we already had pictures and sent an email with his pictures and a brief description of the building; we knew what it looked like, that is why we contacted an engineer.
