Bob Culbertson IS A LIAR !!! My parents passed and after renting home, decided to sell. Since Bob lived on the same street, we listed with Bob. The house was in need of repair but instead of getting advise from Bob to put some money into the house, he wanted to leave it as is, throw a price out there (to high of a price) and negotiate with buyer. Bob Culbertson cannot be trusted. He lied to us and did not keep his end of a deal (signed contract). He advised us to close on our house before the sprinklers were serviced and fixed (as was stated in the contract). We had him sign an additional contract stating he would have the work completed after closing and we went ahead and closed. Now he is refusing to pay the bill. I wish we would have never trusted him.
