I don't think we could have been luckier than finding Bob to help us with our search for a house in Huntersville. We're a couple of half backs from Florida and we were interested in the area. Somehow my wife found Bob on line and he set up showings for us when we came to the area. Amazingly he patiently set up and guided us through 13 houses one day and 15 houses the second time we came. Bob was absolute God send to work with. We had a very bad experience with our Property management company that ultimately made us decide to sell our house. it was to nerve racking to own property 2500 miles away. Bob took over from the same company and took on the project of selling our home.
