They arrived immediately to fix my plumbing system after I had an emergency. We did not make the decision to hire a contractor lightly. However, meeting the technicians calmed us down. We thought we were given adequate information regarding the problem, along with options for upgrading to more energy-efficient equipment and low-cost fixes.
