I might have to move to the Chattanooga area just so Bob Covington State Farm can be my insurance company! Bob and Ashley were my brother's insurance reps. Through the very difficult time of my brother's hospitalization and eventual loss, Ashley and Bob were so helpful and supportive. They communicated with me throughout, and helped us find the least cost options as I maintained his coverage. Bob has shown himself not to be a trustworthy or competent agent and State Farm has shown that it does not operate with integrity or ethical behavior. I was a State Farm Customer for 17 years, for 3 different homes in 3 different states. I have never filed a home owner's claim. Last year, I received a letter from State Farm stating my insurance would be cancelled if I did not do certain work to my home (cut down trees near the house, replace my roof, etc.) I called Bob and explained that some of the items could not be done i... read more

We've always had a great experience with Bob and his team. They've been extremely helpful with setting up and modifying policies as needed.
