Received a flyer in the mail about pool openings, and I called, left a detailed message with my name and number, and exactly what I was inquiring about, and no response. I called a few more times, no answer, and didn't bother to leave another message. I'd call somewhere else that will 1. answer the phone, or 2. at least call you back. Poor business practice when you are advertising in the mail, but can't answer the phone.
